The Level 1/2 Desktop & Support Officer will work alongside the Desktop team to be the first point of contact for all internal and external customers, providing a range of services from basic troubleshooting of IT to complex technical issues, or escalating issues accordingly.
The successful candidate will ideally have some experience in working within an IT environment, providing level 1 & 2 supports, but more importantly you will have a great personality, good strong work ethics, and most of all, you will be passionate about customer service!
Key Skills include:
Previous experience in an IT support role
Diagnostics and troubleshooting
Effective interpersonal & communication skills
Perform onsite repairs and maintenance of desktops and laptops
Diagnosis of network related issues
Receipt and dispatch of IT freight
Accurate documentation of incidents and problems
Switch and power supply faulty replacements
Tablet, Laptop and Desktop Support
