The Role:
As the Leasing Consultant/Assistant Property Manager, we are seeking someone to ensure the agency's point of difference is embedded into everything this dynamic team does. Reporting to a Senior Property Manager that will train, mentor and assist you in your career, on a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:
Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone Conducting open homes and open for inspections Ingoing & outgoing inspections Routine inspections & Saturday work Diary Management Prepare properties for online advertising Lease sign ups Preparing leases and lease packs Ad hoc administration duties
The successful candidate:
We are seeking a highly driving individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a very busy team. You will have:
Previous Real Estate Leasing experience is preferred A current Certificate of Registration is essential Availability to work Saturdays receiving a day off in lieu Excellent attention to detail Ability to work in a fast paced environment - your ability to think outside the square will not go unnoticed!
