About the team
Our leadership development team provides advice to the firm’s Executive Committee and both manage and execute areas including leadership succession, culture and development at Partner and Director level. The team provides a series of Partner development programmes along with an advisory/internal consulting service. They are a small, dedicated and dynamic professional team.

About the role
This is a critical role in a busy, ever changing environment. Providing high level support to a Partner and Director within the group; you will be responsible for a broad range of PA/administrative support tasks - as well as playing a key role in co-ordinating some of the firm’s high profile Partner development programmes.

Key tasks will include:
• Diary management, travel co-ordination and email management for Partner and Director
• Financial management such as billings, provisions, timesheets, expense reconciliations, budgeting and reporting
• Compilation and formatting of reports and presentations
• Administering psychometric and survey assessments and follow up with Partner group
• Attending monthly finance and project meetings
• Management, scheduling and co-ordination for a number of key programmes across the firm; including Gantt chart, work breakdown, schedule building, structure of tasks, critical path and project team workshops
• Co-ordinating resources for programmes
• Ad-hoc team support tasks and management

About you
A background in a project support capacity; or working within a project delivery team would be advantageous, along with the ability to provide high level PA/administrative support. A passion for, or experience within a training and development setting would also be helpful.

In addition to the above, you will also possess excellent organisational and time management skills. You have the ability to look and think ahead; strong communication skills, and a willingness to 'get involved'.

You have a friendly and helpful disposition and will display good levels of initiative and an investigative, problem solving approach to work. A team player, you will display the ability to work well managing multiple tasks and competing deadlines, always with diplomacy and discretion. Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are required.
