Ideally coming from a large complex system background and good knowledge in technologies such as SAS, Microsoft CRM Dynamics, Sharepoint, SQL Server, .NET, Oracle Java, Siebel, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), PeopleSoft, and Data Warehouse is desirable.
To be successful for the role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
Excellent technical specialist knowledge of IT Systems Development Lifecycles (SDLC).
Comprehensive knowledge and skills sets associated with eliciting, documenting and managing requirements.
Excellent IT business analysis technical skills in process modelling (including experience utilising BPMN) and data analysis and modelling.
Strong UCD skills and the ability to apply them to UI design.
Excellent application of analytical and problem solving skills in IT systems and IT delivery.
Excellent stakeholder management and liaison skills.
Solid industry related IT experience (as a guide, minimum of 5 - 7 years) in analysis especially in relation to IT systems.
Sound experience in the use of industry process modelling tools and requirements management tools is highly desirable.
Experience gained in the markets and/or financial sector is desirable.
Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in high profile program/project environments.
Experience in supporting, guiding and coaching other team members to facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development.
Experience in effectively presenting complex information to different target audiences through strong business writing skills and verbal communication.
Experience in resolving complex client and stakeholder related queries.
