Your Experience:
Customer service within a phone based or contact centre environment
Exposure to dealing with banking, financial and/or insurance products will be considered an advantage
Demonstrated empathy, and the ability to problem solve to provide solutions
A demonstrated interest in ongoing learning, in an independent and team environment
