APS2 – Base Salary $46, 191 + 15.4% super
APS3 – Base Salary $52, 622 + 15.4% super
The role includes the following responsibilities and tasks:
Incident Management
Provide general administration support to management and other areas for Federal Accounts
Adhere to support team processes
Contribute to and facilitate team based culture.
Provide high level of customer service and technical delivery
Produce system and user documentation
Receive problem calls and work requests from client sites via telephone, fax and e-mail.
Coordinate the distribution of requests between support consultants
Monitor progress on requests from the consultants, update information into Service Desk Systems and report back to the clients on status.
Close off request on completion and archive as required
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
Excellent client relationship skills and ability to work effectively with external clients and internal applications consultants
Expert knowledge of MS office products
Good coordination and workload distribution skills
Ability to work collaboratively in group/team situations and under pressure situations
Able to communicate at all levels ie technical, users and management
Previous experience in a customer support environment
