You will work closely with highly qualified financial advisers in a collaborative environment which will see you both gain and share knowledge as you support the delivery of tailored, holistic advice to clients.
In this role you will:
• Co-ordinate the preparation of advice documents through our outsourcing partner and write more specialist or in depth pieces of advice.
• Be involved in our equities research team and execute trades for clients
• Provide strategic, technical, legislative and research support to our advisers.
• Ensure the compliance of all advice documentation across our AFSLs
• Prepare performance reports and support the practice's client review process.
You
A motivated, hardworking and personable individual you will draw on existing financial services experience to contribute to our firm while continually seeking opportunities to further your knowledge. The ideal candidate will possess:
• A Diploma of Financial Planning (or be studying to complete)
• A strong grasp of financial planning strategies and the advice process
• Proficiency with XPlan and MS Office
• A confident, professional and succinct communication style with particularly strong written skills
This position is most likely to suit someone with 12-18 months of paraplanning experience who has outgrown their current role.
