About the role We are currently seeking a Diploma Educator to join the team at our Rose Bay campus. This role will see you working alongside an experienced educator in the 20 place Preschool room in our 44 place campus. Oac Rose Bay is nestled in a quiet residential area. The campus has two adjoining buildings and both feature stunning outdoor play spaces giving children the opportunity to foster their wonder and curiosity. This leading campus has been custom designed to ensure our children are front and centre of our education and development offering. Key features include large innovative outdoor areas and technologically advanced resources including iPads for the 3 to 5's Room. Duties Communicate positively and openly with children on an ongoing basis Create a stimulating, positive and appropriate environment to foster and support development Conduct observation and evaluation of children's development Provide physical care, assisting children in daily routines and meal times Respond to the emotional needs of the children Maintain up to date records for each child within the group
Essential Criteria
Diploma in Children's Services
A Working With Children Check
A creative and cooperative team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
