The successful professional will be responsible for building and delivering high quality enterprise front-end and back-end applications while improving, maintaining and advocating the Agile and continuous software delivery processes for the organisation's IT Solutions environment
Accountabilities:
Design, Develop, Deploy and improve specific technologies and their interaction with the organisation's processes and systems
Ensure the timely launch of new features and simplifying end to end processing using the organisation's Digital applications
Perform application performance, load analysis and assist in capacity planning as required to support the solution
Managing Level 4 support and Maintenance for applications in the production and pre-production environments
Pre-Launch Advocacy – validating the requirements against system dependencies to ensure the new requirements do not have a negative impact on the customer advocacy
Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements.
Previous Experience:
Specialist in field of Java Enterprise application design and development
Previous experience as a Lead Software Developer roles with 8-10 years experience in all stages of software lifecycle - preferably on web/digital projects/initiatives
Solving complex problems related to implementations using APIs, SPAs, Messaging and Cloud
Contribution to developing and maintaining agile continuous integration and delivery process
Engaging and influencing internal stakeholders such as operations, architects and various business groups
