About the role:
Hallis is seeking a conscientious customer service champion who understands how good interpersonal interactions positively affect customer service skills. This is a call centre customer service role where you need to be able to read and react to people’s needs and emotions, gathering information to help solve their problems effectively and efficiently.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine your passion for helping others with your drive to deliver exceptional customer service. In this high volume Call Centre environment, you will be assisting the broader community with information regarding a wide range of services and products.
This Caboolture based role is for a full time 12 month contract, starting twoards the end of March, 2016.
Required skills and experience:
Excellent interpersonal skills, both written & verbal Be proactive Have the capacity to know organisational products & services Be loyal & respectful with all customers Have intermediate computer skills – typing and data entry Be able to navigate multiple computer systems Cope under pressure & with confrontation Customer service & call centre essential
