• attendances at the Titles Office/SRO
• attending settlements
• liaising with clients
• database/general administration

To be successful in this role you will have a pro-active team approach and a genuine willingness to contribute, together with;
• exceptional organisational skills
• sound conveyancing experience as a law clerk/legal secretary, ideally gained within a reputable property law team
• advanced MS office skills including ACCESS
• strong attention to detail
