Working with some of Australia’s major corporations and government departments, we help clients to realise their potential by helping them develop a clear vision of their future, formulating and implementing growth.</font></p><p><font></font></p><p><font><strong>About the role</strong></font></p><p><font>Joining the team in a job share arrangement; you will work 2 days per week Monday and Tuesday.</font></p><p><font></font></p><p><font>Supporting up to 3 Partners, key responsibilities will include:</font></p><p><font></font></p><p><font>• Extensive diary and calendar management</font></p><p><font>• Travel co-ordination ‑ both interstate and international</font></p><p><font>• Amendment/modification of reports, proposals, business plans, presentations and general correspondence</font></p><p><font>• Organising meetings/functions/events for clients</font></p><p><font>• Complex expense claims</font></p><p><font>• General administration duties including faxing, photocopying, arranging couriers, printing/binding and filing</font></p><p><font></font></p><p><font><strong>About you</strong></font></p><p><font>To be successful for this role, you will demonstrate high levels of organisational skills and a fast, efficient approach to tasks. You thrive working in a busy and dynamic environment and will demonstrate high levels of initiative.</font></p><p><font></font></p><p><font>Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role ‑ as is the ability to manage upwards when required. Proven skills across MS office particularly with Word and PowerPoint are required. You will be confident with the ability to manage a busy workload and interacting with senior Stakeholders.
