An opportunity has arisen for experienced Inbound Customer Service Consultants to join a leading Australia Utilities provider.
Please note this is a Temporary assignment to start ASAP
Working hours are Monday to Friday with the potential for overtime and weekend work. Working hours will be 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and you must be able to obtain a clear police clearance check.
The role:
Conduct inbound and outbound calls to existing customers
Strive for the objective to retain the customer's commitment
Exceed various KPIs on a daily and weekly basis
Update internal database accurately and in a timely manner
