Their Building Management Systems (BMS) are suitable for a wide range of building applications including commercial office buildings, hospitals and universities. Their excellent services include engineering, installing and maintaining BMS systems which provide comfort but are also energy efficient too. Due to sustained growth they require a BMS Applications Engineer to join their successful Brisbane branch.
Duties and Responsibilities:
? Onsite commissioning, development & programming Integration of BMS Controls using Lonworks, Bacnet or Modbus Coding, Optimisation writing functions of the job Respond to client project requests, programming and point to point scheduling, witness testing and also providing technical guidance to personnel within the group Technical Skills: BMS knowledge is a must – Ideally 5 years+ experience Technically minded, Good programming, Integration and Development skills Ideally Tridium or Reliable Controls bias but open to Schneider, Honeywell and others Commissioning background preferred with knowledge of coding Must have good understanding of mechanical plant and understand how BMS systems work Experience/Attitude:
Ideally my client are looking for candidates to have Permanent Residency within Australia and possess the following skills:
5 years extensive BMS background looking to forge a great career Self-motivated, honest and hardworking in a similar building related field Loyal, ambitious and have a real passion for programming and coding Benefits & Culture:
