The Role
Reporting to the AR Team Leader the responsibilities of the role will include:
Invoicing
Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly billing runs
Debt collection
Updating customer records
Assisting with month end reporting
About You
The successful applicant will have demonstrated Accounts Receivable experience and a professional work ethic. Working in a fast paced, high volume environment will require solid problem solving and analytical skills whilst providing a high level of customer service.
A strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills along with a solid background in complex billings is essential to the role. Experience with ERP systems and an intermediate level of Excel are also required.
