This is an extremely important role within the organisation and our client is keen to secure the services and experience of a high quality Assistant Director of Clinical Services who can bring a level of expertise, experience and leadership to the role from commencement.
You will be responsible for the clinical services and management of the team in a small, friendly and respected day theatre facility. A wide arrange of services are provided from this team including General Surgical, Paediatric Surgery, Gynaecology, ENT, Urology, Orthopaedic, Dental, Endoscopy, Ophthalmic, Plastics, Maxillo-facial, Pain Management and Urodynamics.
Pre-requisites
Current AHPRA registration Willing to work closely and manage a team Experience in a senior management position in a clinical setting Strong understanding of the business & financial acumen The ability to assist in theatre when required Strong team player and leadership of a high performing clinical team
