The Role
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, and working in a team of 3 the main responsibilities of the role will include:
Banking, receipting and allocations
Credit control - Collections calls
Account reconciliations
Managing internal and external customer queries
Building and maintaining customer relationships
Negotiating payment plans
Assisting with end of month reporting
About You
This role will suit an experienced Accounts Receivable officer who enjoys collections. You will be results driven and thrive in a busy environment. You will have excellent communication skills and proven experience in reducing debt, negotiating payment plans and building customer relationships. You will have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritise. Experience in Dynamics AX will be highly regarded, along with intermediate excel skills.
