I'm still selling my car if anyone knows anybody that wants a good camping car/good runner. it has 6 months rego in queensland now on it and also has just sailed through its road worthy.
Includes all camping kit - mattress - barbecue - 6 man tent worth $200 and 2 man pop up tent and cutlery, fishing rod etc and giant esky
The car runs absolutely perfect. It is an automatic LPG with cruise control.
The LPG has enabled me to get 600 - 700 KM out of one tank of fuel and a full tank costs between $55 and $70 depending on how far north you are! It is the cheapest, most economical car I have ever owned.
It has ice cold air conditioning and is quick to handle with really smoothe, light power steering.
I have had a full service done on the car 2 months ago and the mechanic said it was a fabulous vehicle for the mileage and age.
The car is a superb camping vehicle. It has seats that fold down in the back, into a double bed.
Additionally it has a roof top tent which cost $2500 to fit, and that folds down flat in 30 seconds and pops up in 30 seconds. This will sleep two people.
It has 4 good tyres and is an automatic vehicle.
I really can say nothing bad about the car. It is the perfect car for backpackers to make their way back down south in. It is fast, totally fuel efficient and has been a reliable friend on my solo journey.
I also have a small pop up tent that is going with car - plus other camping bits and bobs and storage boxes for your journey.
No leaks, no damage, no issues.
