There are many things to organise and if you don't have time to help due to work commitments or living interstate, we will personally sort and pack the properties contents and it will be your choice or ours where and how the goods and wares will be disposed of, and as each clients needs are different, you can then decide which items you would like to take with you that we will leave on site, if not already taken, or arrange a removalist for you, and take care of any items you no longer want.

Where possible we will arrange to meet at the property to list your requirements and then prepare a quote for you.

We will not quote or estimate without actually seeing the property, and you will be required to inform us of any items you would like to keep prior to clear out.

Our team will arrange for all rubbish to be sorted and disposed of appropriately and safely, then clean and do any minor repairs necessary to make the property presentable for sale or lease.
