Resolution granting Cash Incentives and/or Rewards for Teaching and Non-teaching Personnel Awardees

WHEREAS, the City of Mandaluyong recognizes the exemplary performance, outstanding competence, and accomplishments of teaching and non—teaching personnel who manifest profound commitment and remarkable dedication to their specific duties and responsibilities in their field of work;
WHEREAS, the educators and non—teaching personnel of Mandaluyong City demonstrated professional growth in the exercise of their undertakings;
WHEREAS, the 2013 Search for Outstanding Educators and Non—Teaching Personnel honored the exemplary performance of the best teachers, principals and non- teaching personnel of the City's Educational Sector during the culmination of the Education Month Celebration of the City;
WHEREAS, in recognition to the honor and pride that the educators and non- teaching personnel have given to the City, our Honorable BENJAMIN DO. ABALOS, JR. announced to the public during the recently-held Monday Morning program that he is going to grant the cash incentive or rewards to the following awardees
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlungsod, mindful of the effort/contribution of our teaching and non—teaching personnel of the City's Education Sector in giving such honor to the City of Mandaluyong, joins the Honorable Mayor BENJAMIN DC. ABALOS, JR. in congratulating them for their excellent performance and, as such, the grant of cash incentive is appropriate for these good performing employees;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlungsod strongly believes that by giving due recognition and such incentive and/or reward to the exemplary competence, outstanding performance and accomplishments of these educators and non—teaching personnel, many other acadernicians and personnel may be strongly motivated to achieve excellence in their roles of strengthening and uplifting the quality of education.
NOW, THERFORE ,on motion duly seconded, the Sangguniang Panglungsod of Mandaluyong, in session assembled, RESOLVED, as it herby RESOLVES to grant cash incentive and/or rewards for teaching and non—teaching employees awardees of 2013 Division Search for Outstanding Educators and Non—Teaching Personnel.
ADOPTED on this 6 Day of January, 2014 in the City of Mandaluyong.
