Learning Reiki can do many things, it allows you to connect with Universal Loving energy, and use that energy to not only heal and relax yourself and others, but also to allow the energy of Unconditional Love to gently guide you into a new way of Being. Reiki can and very often does give students a new outlook on life, and a feeling of deeper peace, contentment and fulfilment within.
This one day level I or first degree Reiki course connects you to the energy and teaches you how to use the energy on yourself and others.
During the day you will learn :
The origins of Reiki
What Reiki is
How Reiki works and heals
How to channel Reiki to yourself and others
The course also includes:
Some simple guided meditations
Life long attunement to Reiki
Giving and receiving Reiki
Your Reiki I Certificate
Access to ongoing support
After completing Reiki Level I you will be able to undertake a Reiki Level course whenever the time is right for you.
I (Keiron) have been practicing Reiki for 20 years and teaching it since 2008, it has changed my life in many ways. Before learning Reiki I was an engineer in industry, Learning Reiki opened my eyes, and encouraged me to discover who I really was - at my core. It has allowed me to life life with less judgement about myself and others, and also discover deeper meanings in life.
