RELOC8IT Terms and Conditions: 

 Accessing our site is permitted being subject to our terms and conditions, of which we reserve the right to withdraw, terminate and or amend content, service(s) and or any other product provided on our site without notice. In addition we will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period and it is your responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site as you are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.

 Note all any or any product listing are not of a real time availability and therefore as your preferred campervan listing and or request may have been reserved and or not currently available, we have therefore setup our booking systems for processing by an actual person during office* hours 12pm - 5pm EST (Eastern Australia Standard Time) whom will confirm receipt of your request and once the campervan relocations availability is confirmed we will issue you with a text confirmation code and operator email confirmation.  (Note as we are currently travelling around Australia our access to wifi and data may be restricted at times therefore we can not guarantee first in line* priority waiting and general processing of requests during office hours*)

All bookings require drivers to be 21 years and or over, have held a full drives license for a minimum of 2 years, have a valid drivers license documented in english “drivers license” and or a valid international translated drivers license and country license (subject to operators terms and conditions), in-addition the majority of vehicles available are of a manual transmission and unless specified, denoted and or requested in priority waiting, as a quote and or as documented by the customer in the comments field(s) the vehicle type default will be of manual transmission.

We require the following information to make the booking on our website or by telephone call on 1300498736 / 0473788753 

a booking deposit of APOLLO (A / C / H / P) Businesses $50, BRITZ (M / B / K / H - THL) Businesses $50 and CAMPERMAN (CM) $100 (minus any free minimum days* as our promotion code and offer.) and a non-refundable credit card fee(s) of 3.5% is processed at point of booking. The booking deposit is forfeited in part to the percentage amount of 50% if you decide to cancel your booking after the booking request is processed or is refunded in-full on return of the vehicle by the supplier minus the day rate charges* and or any other applicable charges* and or add on’s* and subject to operator and agent agreement(s) additional day rate(s) charges may not be included in base rate(s) booking deposit as advertised and are an additional payment option.

a $250 pre-authorisation bond held against the customer(s) credit card is processed at point of booking (upto 100% of the pre-authorisation is forfeited if the booking is cancelled and or is processed for refund the day after collection of vehicle by the agent).  

If you fail to agree and or select to agree with the terms and conditions when processing your online booking request and or priority waiting request you may be subject to cancellation of your booking request and any applicable charges and fees. 

In the event your booking request is cancelled and or the vehicle is removed from availability at point of confirmation, your booking request will be cancelled and payment refunded. All requests for priority waiting are simply a request for a campervan allocation if and or when one becomes available being pursuant to the customers requirements per request and therefore as such is not a guarantee of availability and is subject to both your request requirements and the operator(s) fleet availability. 

If you have signed up for priority waiting, this service is free for the first subscription (a subscription is denoted as the mobile number, email address and or name provided being inclusive of upto 5 sms and or email notifications sent upto and or inclusive of the date requested* and or which ever is first and or until an un-subscribed notification is generated and the term date requested* is donated as being plus or minus 1-7 days from a requested departure date and being subject to our Accessing our site terms, subscription(s) and or the use of subscription(s) under the same name utilising multiple mobile number and or email address may result in removal and or termination without notice) and all or any future subscription requests will be a charge of AU $4.99 (PLATINUM MEMBERS receive complementary and unlimited priority membership subscriptions* for 1 calendar year from your initial subscription date).
