Cainer Fitness is looking for two extremely passionate and career driven personal trainers, to join the mentor program team.
About Cainer Fitness
Cainer Fitness has over 18 years of Personal Training and Personal Training Management experience and has managed, mentored and coached over 100 successful Trainers, with countless qualifications including;
Advanced Physique Coach, Australian Strength and Conditioning Coach, English Football Association Accredited Soccer Coach, Precision Nutrition Coach and is the Running Expert for Fitness First Australia (Magazine & Blog).
About the role
Cainer Fitness is looking for passionate and enthusiastic Personal Trainers, who are looking for a career not a job. This is much more than a Personal Training role. A chance to join an expanding team of trainers, who have a genuine desire to help others and a love for transforming their clients’ lives.
These roles have a strong focus on coaching and developing the business and technical skills of all staff. We will consider Personal Trainers of all levels for this position. The ideal candidates are Personal Trainers who are looking for a long lasting and highly profitable career with a desire to be an industry leader.
Must be Cert 3 and 4 qualified. Hold current first aid and be registered with Fitness Australia.
About the Mentor Program
The philosophy at Cainer Fitness is to always continue learning and progressing. The Mentor Program will give you a personal Fitness and Business Mentor, who will be with you on a daily basis to help you take your career to the next level.
What you will get
A minimum of 12 months’ education on business development, practical and technical elements of personal training (adapted to the successful applicant’s requirements)
All Personal Trainer rental fees paid for by Mentor
A minimum of 3-4 hours of highly experienced development every week
Daily ongoing business support
Targeted business development based on your needs, including fitness marketing, business growth, sales and online training
Access to website with over 6,500 video library of exercises
Access to website with personalised client questionnaires, client management and online calendar systems
Access to qualified nutrition coaching and top level education/advise for clients
Career progression – big focus on becoming an Industry Leader Personal Trainer and/or Personal Training Mentor
Realistic focussed goal of $100,000-$200,000 a year after 18/24-month point
